Welcome to my website! My name is Anna Klis, and I am currently a fifth year in the Economics PhD program at the University of Texas at Austin. My fields of work include applied game theory, microeconomic theory, and environmental economics, with a focus on dynamic externalities and international treaties.
I've lived in five different states, and I graduated from the Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service in May of 2010. During my three years there, I studied International Economics, helped organize the Carroll Round conference, and took part in student theatre. I was also a teacher, Program Director, and Country Coordinator of the Learning Enterprises program in Poland.
Aside from studying economics, I enjoy caving, watching movies, attending the opera, traveling, and reading science-fiction and fantasy novels.
